Golf on the 4th, Baby Ellie on the 7th

We went to dinner at The Mandarin (i think that's what it's called) in Bountiful with my family the other night. This is us during our 45 minute wait in our matching clothes-and no we didn't plan it but they would have been cute engagement picture outfits. ha ha. And if Kristi or Candace were there they would have said, "chin down." ha ha. I guess that's the cheerleader coming out in me.

Cute shoe-socks Kristi bought for baby Ellie!
Just a few hours after she was born! I guess baby Ellie was sick of all the pictures. Ha ha. Shalise looked so awesome after just having a baby, I hope I look that good when my time comes around! Thanks Shalise for letting me come visit before I have to leave again :(
I love how close my friends from high school are! I love them all and I'm so glad we still make time for each other!
Drew and I were really bored on the afternoon of the 4th and we wanted to get out and do something so we went and hit a (HUGE) bucket of balls and then played our own little round of mini golf on the green behind us in this picture.
These pictures are actually in backwards order, he hit the ball and a split second later it was on the grass right in front of him. The ball had gone straight up and hit the bowery thing above us and that's why he's laughing. That wasn't the first time that happened either!

We also had a fun little bbq at my mom's house that night then went to the Clearfield fireworks with Drew's parents. It's been so great being so close to family and friends! I can't say I'm excited to move back to Cedar City but in a way I am. But I know when we do move down we'll be wishing we were right back up surrounded by family and friends again. Lucky for us, we've got great Cedar friends too!

LoNg PoSt!!

Our second camping trip was to Washington Lake in the Uintah's, it was really really cold but fun too! We thought we'd get a little fishing in before we left so Drew and I dropped my brother Shayden off on a rock in the middle of the lake to fly fish. He was only catching the brookies.
Our dog Bella wasn't loving the canoe ride, she was crying the whole time so I got off on the shore with her and we played in the snow-YES, I said snow! She loved running through it. Drew didn't have any luck fishing either and I gave up after my line got all tangled and I had nobody there to help me besides a spastic dog. Ha ha.
For breakfast the last day we had these little boxes of cereal, bagels, or fruit and yogurt. Drew chose all of the above so I thought I'd take a picture. His football coaches are dying for him to gain weight so he's trying as much as his lightning speed metabolism will let him. He ate all those cereals he's holding, 1 and a half bagels LOADED with cream cheese, and a big bowl full of fruit. I thought it was pretty funny!
Drew was carrying Kate and dancing down the stairs to our seats but you can't tell he's dancing in this picture.
A few cute Willards :) Alissa and Kate
We went to Tuacahn in St. George a few weeks ago. We saw Footloose, which was pretty good! Except it really bugged that the girl was taller than the guy. He was a midget. But it was a fun little getaway, we swam right before, went to the play, and hit up a little late night Beto's before hittin the hay.
It was kinda hot, which explains the big shine on my face! It rained for few minutes here and there but it was nice cuz it cooled us off! Thanks Willards for taking us down there!
This was our first camping trip of the summer and it was SO FUN! We went with some of my very best friends and we just played the whole time.

Me and Shalise telling Jessica about a funny story that happened when we got up there. Remember that Shalise? Ha ha, good times!
That handgun Clay and Kristi brought was a loud sucker. Photo Op ;) Me and my honey! I love this guy, he puts up with so much of my crap and still loves me the same. What a fun person to be around. I don't have any pictures of it but after we got all packed up and ready to cook our hobo dinners it started to downpour and hail and everything, it was terrible. But Drew, being the person that he is, wasn't gonna let a little (actually a ton!) of water get in his way. He cooked everyone's hobo dinners while we all hid for cover. Thanks honey, you're awesome.
